- At Shabidope, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy for most items.
Return Window
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. Some exceptions may apply (see below).
How to Initiate a Return

- Generally, you’ll need to fill out a return form and securely package the items in their original condition.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to Shabidope.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that any original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. Examples may include swimwear, underwear, earrings, fragrances, cosmetics, or items with removed tags or damaged condition.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned items must be:
- In original and unworn condition
- With original tags attached
- Unwashed and unwashed (for clothing)
- In the original packaging (if possible)
Please note: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may have different return restrictions.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, you can return your unwanted item(s) following our return policy and then place a new order for the desired item.
Missing or Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at +1 (862) 340-2540 or info@shabidope.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, including covering any return shipping costs incurred.
